Pricing & Payments
- Prices are listed in INR or USD depending on your region
- LovPics may update pricing or subscription plans at any time
- All payments are final and subject to the Refund Policy

Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All LovPics tools, models, designs, and code belong exclusively to LovPics
- You own the outputs generated unless they violate our acceptable-use policies

Limitation of Liability
LovPics is not liable for:
- Loss of data beyond the 7-day retention
- System downtime or delays
- Misuse of AI outputs
- Damages resulting from user actions or third-party tools

Termination
LovPics may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
