Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your LovPics subscription anytime from your dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately.
- Past payments already charged are not refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following cases:
Eligible
- Duplicate payment
- Service not delivered due to a LovPics system issue (after verification)
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
- AI outputs already generated or downloaded
- Subscription fees already used or partially used
- Credits consumed
- Refunds requested due to personal preference ("didn't like the output")
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, through the original payment method.
